Privacy Policy

Last updated: May 15, 2026

In short: Chupacabra collects nothing, transmits nothing, and shares nothing. Your progress lives on your device.

What we collect

Nothing. Chupacabra does not collect, transmit, or share any personal data. We do not run analytics, advertising SDKs, telemetry, or third-party trackers. The app does not require an account, a login, or an internet connection.

What lives on your device

Chupacabra stores your game progress — character level, equipment, skill tree, personal-best run times, settings — using your device's local storage. This data never leaves your device.

If you uninstall Chupacabra, the local save data is deleted by the operating system. We cannot recover it because we never had a copy.

Permissions

Chupacabra does not request access to:

The only permission Chupacabra uses is the standard system storage required to write your local save file.

Children

Chupacabra is not directed at children under 13. Because we collect no personal data from anyone, no special handling is required under COPPA, GDPR-K, or similar regulations.

Third-party services

Chupacabra does not integrate with any third-party services. There are no ads, no social logins, no cloud sync, no leaderboards, and no analytics.

If this ever changes, we will update this policy and require explicit opt-in for any new data flow.

Changes to this policy

If the privacy practices of Chupacabra change in a future version, this page will be updated and the new version will be dated. Material changes will be flagged in the app's update notes.
